Hiking Tips: Dehydration on The Trail

Dehydration is a serious illness while hiking. So much of our bodies are made up of water; we need to make sure that we are keeping ourselves well hydrated so that we can keep healthy and enjoy our hikes. Question is, how do we know the signs of dehydration? Here is a great article that goes over the prevention, symptoms and treatment of dehydration.
