Don’t put others at risk because of your own stupidity.

Be smart. Know your limits and stay within them.

But, don’t be complacent. Expand your limits gradually. Train your body and give it time to get better conditioned. Increase your distance, increase your speed. Climb a higher peak. But do it responsibly.

Don’t risk the lives of rescuers because of your own stupidity while hiking.
